Multi—Night Guest Registration Application
Residents are permitted to host one guest at a time for a maximum of 5 days, subject to approval by The Office of 居住生活. Residents must 应用 to host a guest at least 72 hours before the guest’s arrival 和 receive written approval.
另外, residents are not allowed to have an overnight guest within 72 hours following the departure of a previously approved multi-night guest. (有效的5.17.24)

To submit the Guest Registration Application, log onto http://msmnyc.erezlife.com/ 和 complete the “Guest Registration Application” listed under the “My Forms” section.
Day Guests 和 Single Night Guests
Residents do not need to pre-register their Day or Sigle Night Guests
- 天客人: can be signed in at the Andersen Hall Security Desk between 7am 和 11pm. Day guest passes expire at 11pm.
- Single Night Guests: may be signed in at any time during the day 和 their pass will expire at 12pm the following day.
Facilities Requests
Use this form to report any facilities issues you experience in Andersen Hall or Main Building; whether it’s in your room, 浴室, practice room or somewhere else!
Your message will be received by the Andersen Facilities team 和 attended to within 5 business days. Be sure to visit check your e-mail for updates 和 communication on your request.
Cell Phone Update Form
Use this form to request to update the cell phone number contacted when you receive a package. Please note, these updates must be made manually, so it may take up to a week to change!
